Thanks for purchasing and joining the JOCO movement!

JOCO warrants all products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. You must provide Proof of Purchase.

If JOCO, in its sole discretion, finds a product to be defective, JOCO’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Due to health reasons, JOCO cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations.

  1. All products returned to JOCO for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation which can be obtained by contacting JOCO on customercare@jococups.com/new-usa
  2. JOCO assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department.
  3. Products damaged by misuse or anything other than defects in material or workmanship, are excluded from coverage under this warranty.
  4. Any repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
